Doesnt Support Subdirectories

Seems like this does not support subdirectories… just like the default Mac Screensaver. If I select a directory with no pictures, and I want it to pick up the pictures in all the subdirectories underneath that directory, it doesnt. Im looking for a way for Mountain Lion to display all pictures in subdirectories… as this was removed as an option in the ML OS. :(
